Ingredients

  • Millet porridge: 150 g
  • peppers: 1
  • Carrots: 1
  • Water: 600 ml
  • Vegetable oil: level 5

Method

  1. Rinse the millet until the water runs clear and cover with boiling water. In the meantime wash and clean the peppers and carrot and cut into cubes.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put oil in the bowl and add the carrots and peppers. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 3, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 10 minutes then pour in the water and add the millet and salt. Finish cooking, mix and serve.
