Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 3
  • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken spices: to taste
  • Balsamic vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed salad: 150 gr
  • Tomatoes: 2

Method

  1. Season the chicken with spices.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Roll up each piece of chicken in aluminium foil and put it in the bowl. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. At the end of the set time, remove the foil. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 3, set 7 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. In the meantime, wash the lettuce and tomatoes, cut into large pieces and put them in a plate. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar
  6. Cut the chicken breast into slices and arrange on top of the lettuce.
