Ingredients

  • Puff pastry: 2
  • Almond flour: 100 g
  • Egg: 1
  • Sugar: 75 gr
  • Butter: 50 g
  • Almond extract: 1 vial
  • Porcelain bean: 1

Method

  1. First prepare the filling:
  2. Combine the flour, egg, sugar, butter (room temperature) and almond extract in a bowl.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Lay a sheet of puff pastry in the bowl with greaseproof paper underneath it. Prick it with a fork and spread the filling evenly on top.
  5. Put the bean inside, choosing a spot near the edge of the cake.
  6. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry and seal the edges well. Brush the surface with an egg yolk diluted with milk and make decorative incisions.
  7. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, set power level 2, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  8. According to tradition, the person who finds the hidden object in his piece of cake is king for the day.
