Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet): 1 кg
  • Salt: to taste
  • Mustard: 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper sauce: to taste
  • Vegetable oil: level 3

Method

  1. Tie the meat with kitchen twine. Season with salt and pepper and dip in the mustard and pepper sauce.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the oil in the bowl.
  4. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 7 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After 2 minutes open the lid, add the meat and brown on all sides for the set time.
  6. Remove the excess oil from the bowl. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 4, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. After 10 minutes, turn the meat.
  8. When finished cooking, put the meat on a serving platter, cover and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Refrigerate for a few hours. Remove the kitchen twine and slice thinly.
