Ingredients

  • Potatoes: 4
  • Onion: 1
  • Dried porcini mushrooms: 20 g
  • Salt: 2 teaspoons
  • Melted cheese: 100 g
  • Vegetable oil: level 3
  • Parsley: 3 tablespoons
  • Water: 1.5 litres

Method

  1. Soak the mushrooms for 1 hour in cold water. Rinse and cut into strips
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes and onions and cut into cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl and add the onion. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After 3-4 minutes, add the cubed potatoes, mushrooms, water and salt.
  6. 5 minutes before the end of the set time, add the chopped herbs and grated cheese.
  7. Serve hot.
