Ingredients

  • potatoes: 1000gr
  • rosemary: 4 tablespoons
  • sunflower oil: lev 3
  • coarse salt: 1 tablespoon

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash the potatoes and put in cold water mixed with baking soda for 15 min, then brush well under running water.
  3. Cut the potatoes in wedges and put them in the bowl. Add the rosemary, coarse salt and oil.
  4. Close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 3, set 35 min and press the program start/stop button.
