Ingredients

  • Ingredients for 15 fish balls (5 skewers):
  • cod fillet: 350 gr
  • soft part of bread: 50 gr
  • parsley: 1 bunch
  • thyme: to taste
  • eggs: 1
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • Parmigiano cheese: 40 gr
  • salt, pepper, flour: to taste
  • tartar sauce: to taste

Method

  1. To prepare the fish balls, chop the bread in a food processor then add the fish, thyme, chopped parsley, garlic, grated cheese and eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix well and shape into small balls using your hands. Roll each ball in flour and place on a skewer (3 balls per skewer).
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Set the kebabs in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 20 min and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After 10 mins turn the kebabs over and finish cooking.
  6. Serve with tartar sauce
