Ingredients

  • Ricotta: 250 gr
  • Eggs: 1
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Semolina: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar: 1 pinch
  • Flour:
  • Icing sugar to decorate:
  • Vegetable oil: level 5

Method

  1. Mix the ricotta with the sugar and eggs. Add the semolina and vanilla sugar.
  2. With wet hands, create mini-cakes and roll in flour.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl. Select the POT program, set power level 4, set 12 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Insert the pancakes after 1 minute, turning over about halfway through cooking.
  5. Serve the mini-cakes with jam, honey or creme.
