  • Ingredients for 15 cevapcici::
  • Tropea onion: 150 gr
  • ground beef: 350gr
  • ground pork: 150 gr
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • red paprika: to taste

  1. Mince the onion. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Make rolls 4-5 cm long and put in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Set the cevapcici in the bottom of the bowl, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 15 min and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook the cevapcici (8 at a time depending on size), turning them about halfway through cooking
  5. Serve with ajvar sauce.
