Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 350 gr
  • Buckwheat: 150 gr
  • Carrots: 1
  • Water: 600 ml
  • Onion: 1
  • Salt: to taste

Method

  1. Cut the chicken in pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel and wash the onions and carrots and chop.Wash the buckwheat
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl then add the chicken, carrots and onions. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button. Stir several times during cooking.
  5. When the set time has finished, add the buckwheat, salt and water. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
