Ingredients

  • beef: 1000 gr
  • onions: 500 gr
  • mushrooms: 500 gr
  • sour cream: 150 gr
  • butter: 50 gr
  • stock: 100 gr
  • salt, pepper: to taste
  • paprika: 2 tablespoons
  • flour: to taste

Method

  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Slice the onions very fine, then clean the mushrooms well and slice. Cut the meat into strips about 5 cm long.
  3. Put the butter, onions and mushrooms in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes then add the floured meat, paprika, stock, salt and pepper.
  5. A few minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the cream and finish cooking for the set time, lowering the power level if necessary.
