Ingredients

  • Pork: 600 gr
  • Onion: 200 gr
  • Carrots: 300 gr
  • Tomatoes: 450 gr
  • Courgettes: 200 gr
  • Peppers: 300 gr
  • Potatoes: 400 gr
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Whole sprigs (dill, parsley, basil): 3
  • Salt and spices (coriander, chilli pepper, cumin): to taste
  • Vegetable oil: level 5
  • Cabbage leaves: 5

Method

  1. Cut the meat in 3 cm x 3 cm pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onions, carrots and courgettes in round slices. Clean the peppers and chop coarsely Peel the tomatoes and cut into large pieces. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into 0.6 cm strips.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Pour the oil in the bottom of the bowl and add the meat. Arrange the onions on top of the meat, then 2/3 of the tomatoes and season with salt.
  5. Put a layer of carrots on top, add the pepper and sprinkle with salt and spices. Add a layer of courgettes.
  6. Peel the garlic, slice and put on top of the courgettes. Arrange the potato strips on top and salt. Arrange the remaining tomatoes and sprigs.
  7. Completely cover the vegetables with the cabbage leaves, press down slightly. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 65 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  8. At the end of the program, remove the cabbage leaves and sprigs. Plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
