  • pieces of lamb: 1000gr
  • frozen peas: 300 gr
  • stock: 150ml
  • white wine: 50 ml
  • onion: half
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • sunflower oil: lev 5

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Chop the onion and put it in the bowl along with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 45 min and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the pieces of lamb, salt, pepper and white wine and cook for another 12 minutes, turning the meat halfway through cooking.
  6. Add the peas and stock and cook for the remaining time set (the time may vary depending on the size of the lamb pieces).
  7. Turn the lamb 2-3 times to keep the top from getting too dry.
