Baked aubergines with tomato and pepper

Ingredients

  • Large aubergines: 1
  • Peppers: 1
  • Tomatoes: 1
  • Salt, pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev 5
  • hard cheese: 100 gr

Method

  1. Wash the aubergines and cut them lengthwise into 1 cm slices.
  2. Wash the tomatoes and peppers, cut into cubes and add salt and pepper. Grate the cheese and add to the tomatoes.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put some oil in the bottom of the bowl and add the aubergines. Brush the other side of the aubergines and season with salt. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select the power level 3, set 10 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Put the tomato and cheese mixture on top of the aubergines. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, select power level 2, set 12 min and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Put the aubergines on a plate and serve.
