Ingredients

  • Round sheet of puff pastry: 1
  • Small hot dogs: 4
  • Mustard: to taste
  • Poppy seeds: to taste

Method

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 16 triangles. Spread mustard on the dough, put a piece of hot dog at the end of each triangle and roll up to the point. Press together well.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Place the rolls in the bowl lined with baking paper. Space them well with the point down, otherwise they could open during cooking.
  4. Brush the rolls with water and coat with poppy seeds. Stuff the courgettes, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 13 mins and then turn the rolls one half turn.
  6. Cook for another 7 min.
