Ingredients

  • veal slices: 12
  • speck slices: 6
  • provola slices: 12
  • sunflower seed oil: lev 5
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste

Method

  1. On top of each slice of veal put a half slice of speck and a slice of provola. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the oil in the bowl, arrange the roulades, close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook the roulades for about 15 minutes, turning them over after about 8-9 minutes.
