This drink is based on layers of chocolate, milk, espresso and cream. Spoon for spoon, caffè mocha is not only a visual highlight, it is also taste highlight.


  1. In a glass, prepare hot, frothed milk, let it cool.
  2. Pour the chocolate sauce into a different glass, carefully pour the milk.
  3. Slowly add the espresso. Top off with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate flakes.


  • 30 ml of espresso coffee
  • 120 ml of hot milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cold chocolate sauce
