  • Coffee beans
  • White yoghurt
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar


  • MixCarafe with aero stirrer
  • Long spoon



  1. To create the first part of the recipe fill 1/3 of the glass with white yoghurt and then place it directly under the coffee dispenser.
  2. Prepare a single espresso, at the desired level of aroma, directly over the yoghurt.
  3. Once done, use the MixCarafe to prepare 1 cup of cold coffee, using the maximum level of froth, and pour it over the espresso until it reaches the top of the glass.



For best visual results pour each drink into the glass over the back of a long spoon to create even layers.
