The model number is typically printed on a rating plate at the base of your machine.It will usually be a combination of letters and numbers, for example ESAM4200.S, KBO3001.R and DES12.On dehumidifiers it is usually printed on the back.The serial number can also be viewed on the picture here.

Where can I find the serial number on my De’Longhi product?

The serial number is typically embossed on the underside of your machine.It will consist of five numbers, for example 50424. You may need a good light source to see it, but it is printed on every single one of our products.On a portable air conditioner it may consist of 8 numbers, and if this is the case it will often be found on the top right hand corner of the rating label.

In order to login within the App you can use your usual De\'Longhi credentials to login, the same used for the Website and Coffee Lounge. If you don\'t have any account, you can easily create one directly from the App.
