  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the scallion and distribute inside the bowl; add the oil.
  3. Prepare the rest of the ingredients separately, cutting the veal into chunks and the artichokes in slices.
  4. Close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook the diced vegetables for 3 min.
  5. Add the meat and cook for another 5 min.
  6. Now add the sliced artichokes, stock, salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 27 min. For excellent results, we recommend stirring by hand at least once.


  • Lean veal: 400 gr
  • Frozen artichokes: 100 gr
