  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. First prepare the ingredients. Cut the turkey in cubes and peel the oranges, cutting the peel into strips.
  3. Put the chopped shallot, orange peel, thyme and oil in the bowl. Close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 4 min.
  4. Add 1/2 glass of water, the lightly floured turkey pieces, salt and pepper and cook for another 6 min.
  5. Add the orange juice and cook for another 15 minutes until the turkey is cooked and the sauce is thickened.
  6. Serve with a few leaves of fresh thyme and orange slices.

  • Oil: lev 4
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
