  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the lamb, oil, sage, rosemary and thyme in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Sauté for 4 min.
  3. Add the wine and cook for another 6 min.
  4. Add the potatoes cut in pieces, salt and pepper and cook for another 40 minutes, stirring the potatoes by hand 2-3 times during cooking.


  • Suckling lamb cut in pieces: 1 kg
  • Fresh potatoes: 600 gr
  • Sunflower seed oil: lev 5
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Sage, rosemary, thyme: 2 tablespoon
  • White wine: 1/2 glass
