Method



  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Arrange the chopped celery, carrot and onions on the bottom; add the oil.
  3. Close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the minced meat and cook for another 5 min (during this time, use a wooden spoon to break up any large clumps of meat that might have formed).
  5. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper and cook for another 50 min. stirring with a wooden spoon 3/4 times during cooking.
  6. At the end, add frozen peas and cook for another 10-15 minutes until the peas are tender
  7. Remove the paddle (be careful it is hot) and spread the sauce evenly using a spoon. Prepare the mashed potatoes as indicted and using a pastry bag with a toothed tip, make small mounds of mashed potatoes on top of the meat.
  8. Close the lid and brown for another 10 minutes.
  9. Allow to rest for ten minutes before serving

  • Tomato sauce: 350 gr
  • Carrot: 1
  • Celery - stalk: 1
  • Shallot: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
  • Frozen peas: 300 gr
  • Ingredients for the topping::
  • Potatoes: 1 kg
  • Milk: 200 gr
  • Butter: 80 gr
  • Egg yolks: 2
  • Nutmeg: to taste
