Method



  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
  3. Put the oil and garlic in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  4. Sauté for 2 minutes
  5. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 18 min.
  6. Add salt and pepper if needed, add parsley and cook for another 3 minutes.

  • Champignon mushrooms: 600 gr
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
  • Parsley: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste
