  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash and trim the courgettes, then dry and slice into rounds. Put the oil and peeled garlic in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  3. Sauté for about 2 mins then remove the garlic from the bowl and add the courgettes, water, salt and pepper and close the lid.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes. When finished cooking, add the chopped parsley, drizzle with oil and serve.


  • Courgettes: 600 gr
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Water: 100 ml
  • Olive oil: lev 5
  • Parsley: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
