  1. Put the meat slices in a sheet of greasefree paper and beat each slice with a meat tenderiser. Lay a slice of ham over the meat, then a washed sage leaf, roll up and close with a toothpick.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Melt the butter for 2 min.
  4. Add the meat and cook for a total of 6 min.

  • Veal, 70-80 gr each: 16 slices
  • Parma ham: 16 slices
  • Sage: 16 leaves
  • Butter: 20 gr
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
