  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Line the bowl with greasefree paper and set the fillet on top (it can be cooked whole or portioned into 4 pieces).
  3. In a food processor, chop the pistachios. Oil the upper part of the fish, season with salt (just a little because the pistachios are already salty) and cover with the chopped pistachios.
  4. Close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook for 20 min.


  • Salmon fillet: 600 gr
  • Pistachios: 50 gr
  • Olive oil: lev 2
  • Salt: to taste
