  1. Clean and scrape the mussel shells and remove the beard.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the oil, cleaned mussels and crushed garlic in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook for 12 min or until the mussels have opened. Towards the end of the cooking time, season liberally with black pepper, and, if desired, add chopped parsley.
  4. At the end, shake the bowl so the mussel sauce is well spread.


  • Mussels: 700 gr
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Oil: lev. 4
  • Pepper: ample
  • Parsley: to taste
