  1. First prepare the ingredients. Make the meat sauce (see the meat sauce recipe), prepare the Béchamel sauce and cook the tortiglioni al dente. Once the tortiglioni is cooked, season with the meat sauce and 3/4 of the Béchamel sauce.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the remaining Béchamel in the bottom of the bowl, add half of the pasta, put cubed ham on top and pour in the remaining pasta. Sprinkle with grated Grana Padano cheese.
  4. Close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook for about 8 min or depending upon the degree of browning desired.


  • Tortiglioni: 300 gr
  • Béchamel sauce: 500 ml
  • Meat sauce: 350 gr
  • Cooked ham: 100 gr
  • Grated cheese: 30 gr
