  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Lay the sheet of aluminium inside the bowl and put the cleaned and skinned monkfish inside
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, olives, capers, oil and salt to taste
  4. Enclose everything in the aluminium, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for monkfish for about 50 minutes (depending on the size of the fish).
