  1. First prepare the custard. Once it is cooked, pour it in a tray covered with plastic wrap and spread evenly. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the oil in the bowl and spread it over the bottom.
  4. When the custard is cool, move it to a cutting board and cut into cubes. Dredge each piece first in bread crumbs, making sure to cover all sides, then in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs again.
  5. Put each piece in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, turning them over after about 6-8 minutes.
  7. The amount of custard should make 2/3 batches.


  • Ingredients for the custard:
  • Whole milk: 500 ml
  • Egg yolks: 3
  • Sugar: 150 g
  • Flour: 50 g
  • Vanillin: 1 packet
  • Ingredients for breading:
  • Eggs: 2
  • Bread crumbs: to taste
  • Oil: lev. 4
