Method



  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Cut the meat and potatoes in cubes
  3. Arrange the sliced onions and oil in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  4. Sauté for 5 minutes
  5. Add the lightly floured chicken, potatoes, stock, salt and pepper and cook for another 15 min.
  6. Then add the soy sprouts, soy sauce and finish cooking for another 10 minutes

  • Chicken breast: 600 gr
  • Potatoes: 300 gr
  • Soy sprouts: 100 gr
  • Stock: 150 gr
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Olive oil: lev. 4
  • Soy sauce: 25 gr
