  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the onion in a food processor and cut the carrots into cubes or rounds.
  3. Put the oil in the bowl and arrange the onion and carrots evenly on the bottom. Close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 5 min.
  4. Add the chicken that has been cut in pieces and floured along with the stock and salt and cook for another 5 min.
  5. Pour in the cream and milk and finish cooking for another 15/20 mins. Ideal served with Basmati rice.

  • Stock: 150 ml
  • Cooking cream: 200 ml
  • Milk: 100 ml
  • Salt: to taste
  • Curry: 2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: lev 5
  • Bread flour (00): to taste
