  1. Beat the chicken breast and dip each side in beaten egg and then in a mixture of grated cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Press the meat into the mixture so it is completely coated. Refrigerate for at least a half hour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl, arrange the chicken breasts, close the lid and press the on/off button. Cook for 12/15 min (turning the meat 3/4 of the way through cooking).

  • Peanut oil: lev 5
  • Bread crumbs: 150 gr
  • Grana Padano cheese: 50 gr
  • Parsley: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
