  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the onion and put it in the bowl along with the oil.
  3. Close the lid and press the on/off button.
  4. Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes then add the cubed meat, broth, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the meat for another 20 minutes and add the potatoes and tomato.
  6. Finish cooking for another 25-30 minutes, stirring 3-4 times during cooking to keep it from getting too dry.
