  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Clean and cut the asparagus in pieces. Put the asparagus, stock, salt and pepper in the bowl, close the lid and press the on/off button.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes (depending on the type and size of the asparagus used). At the end, remove the paddle, add the Grana Padano cheese, bread crumbs and oil, mix well and spread evenly in the bowl.
  4. Cook for another 5 min or until browned as desired


  • White or green asparagus: 700 gr
  • Oil: lev 5
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Grana Padano cheese: 30 gr
  • Bread crumbs: 20 gr
  • Stock: 200 ml
