  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Cut the artichokes in small wedges.
  3. Put the garlic and oil in the bowl, close the lid, press the on/off button and sauté for 2 min.
  4. Add the artichokes, hot stock and salt and cook for 40 min. When finished cooking, add chopped parsley.

  • Stock: 350 gr
  • Garlic: 1 clove

  • Salt, pepper: to taste
