  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the shallot and cut the peppers into strips. Arrange the shallots and oil in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add the peppers and cook for another 8 min.
  4. Then add the sliced pork, salt and pepper and cook for another 15 min.


  • Sliced pork: 900 gr
  • Peppers: 400 gr
  • Olive oil: lev 3
  • Shallot: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper : to taste
