  1. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry with the baking paper underneath it and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
  4. Put the bacon, mushrooms and diced mozzarella in the bottom; pour the egg mixture on top, distributing it well.
  5. Roll the edges of the dough towards the middle and using a pair of scissors, cut off the excess baking paper (it is a good idea to leave a few parts for turning the quiche and removing it).
  6. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 15 min.
  7. Turn the quiche 180° (using the baking paper) and cook for another 12 min.

  • Grana Padano cheese: 10 gr
  • Milk: 100 ml
