  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash all of the vegetables (beets, carrots and potatoes) and cut in 2-3 cm pieces
  3. Put the garlic clove, chopped vegetables, rosemary and oil in the bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook everything for about 40 minutes.
