  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the onion and put in the bowl with the oil, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 5 min.
  3. Add the lightly floured meat and the white wine and cook for another 10 min.
  4. Add the frozen peas, broth, salt and pepper and cook for another 35 min according to the desired degree of cooking.


  • Lean veal: 600 gr
