  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the scallion and distribute inside the bowl; add the oil.
  3. Prepare the rest of the ingredients separately, cutting the veal into chunks and the artichokes in slices.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook the diced vegetables for 3 min.
  5. Add the meat and cook for another 5 min.
  6. Now add the sliced artichokes, broth, salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 22 min. For excellent results, we recommend stirring by hand at least once.


  • Lean veal: 400 gr
  • Artichokes: 100 gr
  • Broth: 150 gr
  • Shallot: 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
