  1. Beat the ricotta with the sugar, add the eggs and melted butter. Add the sifted flower along with the baking power and then the chocolate chips
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Butter and flour the bowl and pour the batter inside, making sure it is level.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook the cake for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool and remove from the bowl; sprinkle with icing sugar.


  • all-purpose flour (00): 250 gr
  • sugar: 200 gr
  • eggs: 3
  • ricotta: 350gr
  • melted butter: 120gr
  • packet of baking powder: 1
  • chocolate chips or raisins: 50 gr
