  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Mix the bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic and salt in a bowl.
  3. Set the scallops in the bowl, cover with the filling you prepared early and drizzle with oil.
  4. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 17 min or until browned as desired. Drizzle with oil before serving.


  • Scallops: 4
  • Bread crumbs: 40 gr
  • Grana Padano cheese: 25 gr
  • Tablespoon of parsley: 1
  • Olive oil: to taste
  • Salt: to taste
  • Garlic (optional): 1 clove
