  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Beat the pork slices and cover with flour. Put the butter in the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add the previously floured and salted pork slices and cook for another 3 mins. Turn them over.
  4. Add the lemon juice and cook for another 3 min.
  5. Remove the slices and add a knob of floured butter to the drippings to thicken the sauce. Mix the sauce with a spoon and pour over the scallopini.
  6. Serve, garnishing the plate with some julienned lemon.


  • Pork slices: 4
  • Butter: 40 gr
  • Flour : to taste
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Salt: to taste
