Savoury pie with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella

  1. Beat the eggs, milk and cheese in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry with the greasefree paper underneath it and prick the bottom with the tines of a fork.
  4. Put the peppers, diced mozzarella and sliced cherry tomatoes in the bottom; pour the liquid mixture on top, distributing it well.
  5. Roll the edges of the dough towards the middle and using a pair of scissors, cut off the excess greasefree paper (it is a good idea to leave a few parts for turning the savoury pie and removing it).
  6. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 15 min.
  7. Turn the savoury pie 180° (using the greasefree paper) and cook for another 12 min.

  • Parmigiano cheese: 20 gr
  • milk: 50 ml
