  1. But the flour in a large bowl (or on a rolling board), make a well in the centre and put all of the other ingredients in the well. Mix together into a ball and knead for at least 10 min or until it is smooth and elastic.
  2. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside to rise in a warm location without air currents for at least two hours. The dough should double in volume.
  3. When the dough has risen, put it on a floured surface and cut into pieces (depending upon the size of the loaves you wish to make). Shape into loaves using your hands.
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Put the rolls in the bottom of the bowl on top of baking paper, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook for 30 min. depending on the size of the loaves.
