  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Julienne all of the vegetables and put in the bowl with the celery, onions, carrots and oil.
  3. Close the lid, set the thermostat to position 4, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the sprouts, soy sauce and finish cooking for another 10 minutes.
  6. In the meantime boil the rice noodles in salted water and serve with the sauce that was just prepared.
