  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Roll out the pastry, put a layer of cheese on top, add the chopped raw radicchio and the cubed mozzarella.
  3. Cover everything with sliced pork roast and close the puff pastry to form a strudel.
  4. Put the strudel inside the bowl with the greasefree paper in the bottom, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  5. Cook for 35 minutes.
  6. Excellent served with cheese sauce.

  • Red radicchio: 1
  • Stravecchio cheese: 100 g
  • Mozzarella: 100 g
  • Pork roast: 3 slices
