  1. Cut the radicchio in 4 pieces, wash thoroughly and dry.
  2. Roll the puff pastry on the work surface, cutting it in strips about 1 cm wide. Wrap the pastry around the radicchio in a spiral, making sure to cover the outer leaves that would otherwise dry out during cooking.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put baking paper in the bottom of the bowl, set the radicchio on top and sprinkle with cheese and salt.
  5. Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.
  6. Cook for 18 min. Before serving, drizzle each roulade with olive oil.
